Monument
One- dimensional post-footstep that is marking the water level during floods, stands on the right bank of the Moika, behind the Blue Bridge. It is a tetrahedral granite obelisk, cut into the facing of a granite embankment. The lower part of the pillar is immersed in water, and the trident of the sea king Neptune is placed on the top.
The memorial pillar is marked with water levels during the largest floods that have occurred in St. Petersburg since the day of its founding: the 1824th year, the 1903rd, the 1924th, the 1955th and the 1967th years.
