A new restaurant of European cuisine was opened on the Petrograd side by restaurateur Alexey Sergeev, the owner of the Mediterranean restaurant Montenegro and the chamber project Tavern Grolle on Vasilyevsky Island.

Chef Robert Lukjanskis from Lithuania presents an up-to-date look at European gastronomy. The principle of seasonality is observed in the menu: some products come to the kitchen from their own farm in the Pskov region. On the farm they keep Bress-Gali cocks and barnevelder hens, pheasants, ducks, rabbits; grow peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes and other vegetables. The remaining products come from traditional restaurateur suppliers.

European wines are served with European dishes. Price for a glass starts at 260 rubles for white portuguese.

The interior of the place is made in warm pastel colors from natural materials. The walls are dressed in solid oak, the floor is covered with oak parquet, the countertops and the bar are made of solid walnut.

Popular dishes:

  • Set of pheasant, rabbit and duck patees: 550 rubles
  • Ligurian rabbit leg: 670 rubles.
  • Asparagus with hollandaise sauce: 450 rub.
  • Duck Confit with White Bean Puree and Baked Tomatoes: 590 rub.
  • Pike perch with roasted beets and tarragon sauce: 630 rub.
