Mansion of the community of German craftsmen "Palm" was built in 1886 by the architesr Iven Aristarkhov. Chess club, help desk, library, lectorium and ball halls as well as workshops were situated here. Hundreds of years later teh mansion got it looks and resodents back.
Today "Palm" is 4 floors created fot comfortable work and art, theatre hall, concerts and exhibitions,Rudy`s coffee on the first floor and Solaris lab on the roof eith panoramic view.
