Tratatoria by Ginza Project is a two-story Italian restaurant serving Neapolitan and Roman pizza cooked right in front of you in a wood-fired Valoriani oven.

The institution is famous for its huge variety of pizzas: in one place you can get acquainted with the gastronomic heritage of all corners of Italy. For pizza, only Italian flour of the best quality is used, and the dough is aged for at least three days.

Every morning, Italian breakfasts are served here: fresh pastries, author's cereals and pancakes, classic egg dishes and an endless variety of toppings. On weekdays from 12:00 to 17:00 Tratatoria invites you to homemade dinners from two or three courses and Italian desserts.
