Thunnus is an elegant restaurant where dry-aged tuna and dishes from it are the main feature. This is a technology borrowed from the world of steaks, where the meat is sent to a special chamber for several weeks, where it changes its structure and taste. Tuna is close to meat in its qualities, it is even called sea beef, and also acquires a new gastronomic sound after aging.
The main menu is designed in a concise manner of 35-40 dishes. Among them are tuna in different styles and with different combinations, as well as meat dishes and vegetarian positions.
