Behind the classic facades of Liteiny Prospekt there is a real oasis - a quiet courtyard with columns and preserved historical decoration. This is the Project 12 oyster yard.

The pop-up establishment with oysters, sparkling and sandy beach, which opened in the center of St. Petersburg at the end of August, became the first project of the new public creative space "Third Place". It is being created in the Naryshkins' house at the intersection of Nevsky and Liteiny avenues.

The menu focuses on oyster sets. Especially for the project, oysters are grown in one of the Black Sea bays near Sevastopol. Set cost - from 500 rubles. In addition to oysters, there are cold snacks and some hot dishes on the menu. At noon, you can come here for coffee, in the afternoon for lunch or an informal meeting, in the evening for dinner. The project runs until the end of the warm season, later the doors will be open on weekends and for special events.

In the future, in addition to gastronomic delights, the new site will combine an art gallery, lecture and music programs.

The studio DA bureau is responsible for the design of Project 12 and the architecture of the entire Third Place space. As representatives of the studio Anna Lvovskaya and Yulia Ivleva said: “The authenticity of the mansion will be preserved and supplemented with contrasting modern elements. The architecture of the surrounding facades is very beautiful in itself, and in their current state they certainly have their own aesthetics. Therefore, the atmosphere of a certain ruin has become one of the main features of the terrace. "
