SVCH (MULTIBRAND)

SVCH is a professional culinary school with its own restaurant - for those who want to build a career in the restaurant business or learn how to cook for themselves.

Students have at their disposal 300 m² of multifunctional space: two practical rooms, one of which exactly repeats the professional cuisine of the restaurant, and a hall for theoretical studies and gastronomic dinners.

"Microwave" trains professional chefs with extensive experience and beginner chefs; lovers interested in cooking; restaurateurs, restaurant managers and marketers. The teachers are the most popular chefs in Moscow and St. Petersburg, eminent restaurateurs and top managers.

The "SVCH" team also offers signature catering services, holds birthdays, corporate parties, hen parties or just culinary parties for no reason.

Another project of the school of cooks is the summer pop-up MULTIBRAND, where you, sitting on a cozy terrace, can try a menu from different chefs presented in the format of a school diary and updated every week. In addition, a wide wine and cocktail list awaits you ..

Every week from Thursday to Sunday, MULTIBRAND hosts various collaborations with the school's residents.
