A new restaurant from the Ginza Project opened in the mall "Gallery". It serves all kinds of meat dishes: steaks, churrasco kebabs, chicken wings, chops, and in a special section - burgers for every taste! For a light snack - a large selection of salads, and in the desserts menu: branded lime pie, Japanese cheesecake, banana grilled with marshmallows and ice cream.
All the main culinary events take place in the open kitchen, where meat is cooked on an open fire in two key ways: churrasco and grilled. The unique method of cooking Argentine barbecue "churrasco" is that the meat is rubbed with a mixture of spices, pickled and roasted on a spit.
The visitor of the restaurant feels like a hero of a western: brutal leather drapes, lamps-ramps shine on roughly hewn tables, cozy sofas settled along the walls.
