One of the oldest restaurants of St.Petersburg, which exists over 20 years. Restaurant is located in an old building, which was erected by the order of Peter I for protection of custom loads from floods. Old traditions are kept here not only in the interior but in the menu as well. Many recipes haven’t changed from the day of opening of the restaurant. “Old Custom” is the first restaurant in St.Petersburg that started experimenting with molecular cuisine. As well you can find exclusive wines here which were hand picked by the restaurant manager and sommelier Anthony William Gear.
