Pike (Shchuka)

A small restaurant with a focus on Russian gastronomy is located in the historic building of the "House of the Russian-American Company".

In "Pike" guests are shown the tastes of the best recipes and are helped to experience the beauty of Russian cuisine in its modern interpretation. The restaurant's menu is represented by wild fish, seafood, game, plants and root crops in the interpretations of Chef Yuri Golov.

Every Thursday at 19:30, under the 200-year-old vaults of the Shchuka restaurant, each of the 11 guests becomes part of a gastronomic performance, watching the process of creating culinary masterpieces in the professional kitchen of the CHEF'S TABLE zone.
