New restaurant of St. Petersburg cuisine on Nevsky Prospect. Traditional northern Russian dishes are prepared and served here in the author's interpretation of the chef Alexander Kovalev. Thus, the chef puts duck in borsch, sculpts beetroot dumplings, salmon and spinach go with filling, completes pike cutlets with red caviar sauce, and bakes turkey in kvass with raisins and wheat.

As for drinks, the emphasis is on homemade liqueurs and wines.
