The city’s first restobar of Japanese cuisine with a traditional robat grill — a three-tier design where you can cook different foods at the same time. On the lower grille, with the strongest heat, the product clings to a crust and is tinted, on the middle grill it is baked from the inside, on the upper one it is prepared and is waiting for a meeting with a plate. This way of cooking is considered gentle and healthy.
Guests of the institution are offered to order any combination of different products - meat, fish, poultry, seafood, vegetables and fruits. The menu also has a classic pan-Asian cuisine: sushi, rolls, tataki, soups and wok. The wine list includes cocktails and wines from different countries and colors, including trendy orange ones.
The interior of the establishment, located in the semi-basement, unites the motives of Japanese minimalism and European modernism. Unexpected concrete tables, elements of Japanese painting on the walls, Scandinavian lamps, metal fish scales over a low bar counter.
