The project by Ginza combines a steakhouse and a unique “Talented Personnel Show”: waiters, bartenders, hostesses and even restaurant attendants sing, dance, perform tricks and create a magical restaurant atmosphere.
Restaurant Ribeye serves steaks of all kinds and degrees of roasting. Directly at the entrance a camera of dry aging is situated, where the meat is aged for 21 days, loses all the excess moisture, and the marble blotches become perfect. Dry meat has a pronounced creamy taste and delicate texture.
The restaurant also has a menu section of the Ginger Sushi Bar, developed by Japanese chef Gunji San, who was able to combine both Europeanized understanding of Oriental cuisine and authentic Japanese dishes.
The interior of the institution combines cozy leather sofas and massive futuristic busts of bulls. There is also a spacious game room with animators.
The restaurant often hosts concerts of popular artists, immersive shows and other events.
