Contemporary Italian bistro by Dmitry Blinov and Renat Malikov, known as the Duoband team. The menu also includes pasta and other "must-have" Italian dishes - carpaccio, polenta, bruschetta - all interpreted by Russian chefs. For example, carpaccio is made from cold smoked tuna, romaine lettuce is seasoned with tuna sauce, and smoked feta cheese is rubbed into a pasta with lamb stew. The pasta itself is made by hand here, in the open kitchen, and for dessert they offer non-classic tiramisu or French toast with ice cream.
