The monument "1914" is the youngest monument in the city of Pushkin. It was inaugurated on August 1, 2018.

In the central square of Tsarskoye Selo, a figure of a priest is installed blessing the Russian soldiers for the feat of arms. On a granite pedestal in Roman numerals is written "MCMXIV." The monument commemorates the memory of Russian soldiers who died during the First World War - as it was called at that time, the Great War.

The author of the project is the sculptor V.E. Gorevoy, who is known to the Pushkin people for the monuments to Catherine II, Anna Akhmatova and General Zakharzhevsky.
