Cafe with a terrace in the building of the former forge in New Holland. The institution has two halls with a private entrance, in one of them fresh baked goods and desserts are prepared in their own oven. Company brand chef Glen Ballis emphasized the simplicity and clarity of seasonal food products. The menu includes dishes from their own smokehouse (beef brisket with pickled cabbage, smoked salmon with cream cheese), sandwiches, traditional Russian recipes (borscht, olivier), pizza and pasta, as well as the hit of KUZNYAHOUSE restaurant - a shrimp burger. There are breakfasts: on weekdays - until 12:00, on weekends - until 14:00. The bar menu includes several types of wine, classic cocktails (Aperol Spritz, Bloody Mary), beer and homemade soft drinks.
