Restaurant of author's cuisine from the famous restaurateur Aram Mnatsakanov and chef Antonio Freza presents a new concept, which the creators designate in one word: freshness.

In the author's menu, Jerome guests can appreciate the diversity of world cuisine. In the preparation of dishes plants that are grown by the employees of the restaurant by the hydroponic method from organic seeds are used. Wines here are served natural and biodynamic.

The interior design is in line with the idea of the restaurant - it is symbolized by a growing tree with a lush crown and a developed root system. Under the ceiling, a chandelier of real candles shines. In the evenings in the restaurant live music plays.
