The name Jack & Chan refers to two areas of cuisine presented here - American and pan-Asian. Chef Vladimir Troitsky ("Pug" and Buddha Bar) still prefers the last one - woks, fried spring rolls, green curry, tom yam and tom kha.

The place is located near the Mikhailovsky Square. Jack & Chan has two halls, in one of which fresh lemonades are made in an open bar. The interior is made in a laconic industrial style.
