The menu has only 19 positions, so it does not overload the guests with unnecessary information and greatly simplifies the selection process. The ramen itself is represented by 5 species: beef, pork bones, chicken, shrimps and a growing in popularity vegetarian. Another of the local specialties - Maze, or Ramen Bowl, popular in New York. Its peculiarity is that the dish goes without broth: just different toppings are added to the noodles, for example, beef, seaweed, egg and other ingredients. On each table there is a jug and 2 glasses of water.
The design of the place is minimalistic, not overloaded.
