A cafe with California bowls and Hawaiian pokés, opened by Innocent Padalko. The walls of the cafe are decorated with a herbarium of tropical leaves, and guests sit at the bar tables, made in the terrazzo technique. Hawaiian poke is cooked here with salmon, tuna, shrimp and a variety of dressings to choose from, such as Mexican aguachili, citrus ponzu or peanut sauce. Bowls - both classic, such as quinoa, avocado, and spinach, and sweet (no added sugar), such as dates and avocado.
