A small Chinese bistro of the Bronka restaurant group (Buddha Bar, Hunt). In modern interiors and without Asian stamps, brand chef Evgeny Belozerov prepares dim sum with different fillings. He learned this almost jewelry art from the Michelin-starred cook Frank Shue in the Swiss Tse Fung, and later for three years ran the kitchen of the St. Petersburg restaurant of the same name. In addition to dim sum, Hagao's menu includes snacks, soups, noodles and rice and many other Chinese dishes.
