Grün means green. This is a vegan cafe, recently opened in the creative cluster “Sevkabel Port”. Special features of the place are fresh bowls, artifact interior and care for the environment. The food here is primarily fresh fiber, minimal heat treatment, a lot of salads, fruits and vegetables.
The main focus of the Grün menu is on bowls, which offer five types, with a choice of zucchini, spelled, pearl barley, quinoa or baked sweet potatoes.
