Futura

“Futura” was created by Ilya Litvyak and Dmitry Roshchin “for myself”; therefore, there is universal and democratic food here. The cafe cooperates with farms - the menu is updated depending on seasonal products. Here they offer to try dishes of the author’s cuisine (eggplants with black currants), interesting desserts (young cheese with rhubarb and apple granite) and coffee: there is also a classic “American-cappuccino”, and non-trivial drinks like filter coffee with cherry cordord. The bar menu is dominated by beer and cider. By the way, "Futura" supports the concept of waste-free production: for example, coffee cake here takes on a second life in the form of ice cream.
