Vegan Georgian bistro, where products of animal origin are not used, and dishes are served in reusable ware. The owners of the establishment decided to combine the seemingly incongruous: Georgian cuisine and ethical consumption, street food and ecology, comfort and audacity. “Dze” is probably the world's first vegan Georgian cuisine. A lot of gluten, but not a hint of violence.
For drinks, beer and soft drinks, mulled wine and tea are poured here.
