A sample of a country house in the style of classicism, designed and built by architect P. V. Neelov for the music teacher at the Tsarskoye Selo Lyceum Ludwig-Wilhelm Tepper de Ferguson, was once a dacha, library, registry office.
Since January 2014, musical groups have become the owners of the Tepper House. Now there are weekly concerts of classical, jazz, folk music, concerts for children, exhibitions of photo and painting.
