Bilbao is the first Basque restaurant in St. Petersburg, where the gastronomic traditions of the north of Spain are combined with the culture of the northern capital.
The creators of the project, while maintaining the fundamental principle of the Basque Country's cuisine, strive to emphasize the natural taste of products and their combinations in all dishes, without interrupting them with bright spices and sauces.
The interior is dominated by natural, discreet motifs: wood in warm shades, brass elements, lots of greenery.
Among the main dishes are interpretations of traditional Spanish recipes performed by chef Vladimir Goryuskov. The wine list is also dominated by wines from the Iberian Peninsula, Spain and Portugal.
The restaurant serves late breakfasts.
