BeefZavod is a themed restaurant with steaks and its own full meat production cycle. The interior of the institution is somewhat brutal: the first thing that a restaurant visitor sees when entering the hall is a chamber of dry aging meat, hanging bull-carcass behind a large transparent glass. Cutting meat also takes place in front of visitors.
On the menu you will find a lot of meat dishes, for the preparation of which all parts of the carcass are used, except, perhaps, hooves. In the wine list - about 200 positions of wines from different countries and continents, attention is paid to fashionable organic and biodynamic wines.
The restaurant has its own butcher shop.
