The name of the fish restaurant was inspired by the performance of one of the St. Petersburg theaters, which takes place at the bottom of the pool. The establishment offers guests dishes focused on the "pure taste" of seafood. The menu includes 20 items, including a variety of fish snacks, tiger prawns, salmon pasta and other seafood dishes.

Tiled white walls with drawings in the style of socialist realism, as well as massive crystal chandeliers decorating the ceilings of the institution, became the highlight of the restaurant's interior.
