My name is Julia. I prefer to call my excursions around St. Petersburg walks, during which we slowly get to know our magnificent city, its character and features.
I have lived in Petersburg all my life. But why is it so popular with residents of other cities? What is its uniqueness, in addition to the world-famous White Nights and drawbridges?
Petersburg is called both an open-air museum and the Venice of the North. Walking around the city, we admire the rivers and canals, magnificent embankments, spacious squares, majestic palaces and mansions. Petersburg is always different. Step by step, we move in time periods - from the gilded Peter's spiers to the Elizabethan baroque, through the Empire style of the times of Catherine the Great to the light eclecticism of the 19th century and modernity of the 20th.
I invite you to stroll around St. Petersburg, admire its beauty and severity, breathe in the humid sea air, feel the spirit of the city and answer the question: why do you want to come back here again and again.
