On the occasion of the 200th anniversary of the birth of FM Dostoevsky, the creative association "Time of the Young XXI", a member of the Moscow House of Public Organizations of the Committee of Public Relations of the Moscow Government, presents an exhibition project "Everyone must first of all love life in the world ..." young artists - students and graduates of art colleges and universities.

Leading educational art institutions are participating in the exhibition project. Among them: Moscow State Academic Art Institute im. V.I.Surikov S. G. Stroganov, SPGKhPA them. A. L. Stieglitz, VGIK im. S. A. Gerasimova, Moscow Polytechnic, the Academy of Watercolors and Fine Arts of Sergei Andriyaka, the Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture of Ilya Glazunov and many others.

As part of the exhibition project in the summer of 2021, excursion plein airs were organized for young artists, trips were made to the Moscow (Zaraisky district, the Darovoe estate) and Novgorod (Staraya Russa, F.M.Dostoevsky Memorial House-Museum) regions, to St. Petersburg (Literary and Memorial Museum of F.M.Dostoevsky) in places associated with the life and work of F.M.Dostoevsky, with visits to museums and historical and cultural sites.

The exhibition at the Dostoevsky Museum will feature graphic works by students of the Department of Easel and Book Graphics of the St. A. L. Stieglitz, completed in the framework of the educational process of 1-4 courses for the 200th anniversary of F. M. Dostoevsky. Themes are connected with the works of Fyodor Mikhailovich ("The Humiliated and Insulted", "Bad Joke", "White Nights", "Crime and Punishment", "Another's Wife and Husband under the Bed", "The Brothers Karamazov") and based on Dostoevsky's Petersburg. The works were created in various graphic techniques under the guidance of the faculty of the department.

Also, the exhibition will feature paintings and graphic works created by young artists from different universities based on impressions from visiting the House-Museum of F.M.Dostoevsky in Staraya Russa and excursions to the Dostoevsky Museum in St. Petersburg.
