I Buy a Garage

The exhibition "I Buy a Garage" will be held at Sevcable Port and is dedicated to the history and significance of garage culture in Russia. The exhibition will feature different thematic zones that showcase various aspects of garage life. It will include cars from the collection of the Museum of Transport and private collections in St. Petersburg. One highlight is a two-seater town carriage from the 18th century to the 1940s. The exhibition will also feature interactive installations, such as a showcase of old household items and a display of luxury items that represent happiness for a Soviet man. Additionally, in partnership with Street Art Storage, there will be a separate zone that explores garages as a hub for underground street culture from the 1990s to the 2020s. Previously held at the Museum of Moscow, the exhibition attracted over 33 thousand visitors in just over six months.
