The spring festival of fountains

The spring festival of fountains in Peterhof will be held on May 18. This year it will be dedicated to the celebration of the 300th anniversary of St. Petersburg State University, founded in 1724 by the decree of Peter the Great on the establishment of the Academy of Sciences and the University.

Soloists from the Mariinsky and other musical theaters of our city, students, St. Petersburg artists, dancers and musicians will take part in the celebration. Traditionally, the festival will end with the ceremonial launching of fountains and pyrotechnic volleys over the Great Peterhof Palace.

Entrance to the festival is by ticket to the Lower Park.
