Natalia Spechinskaya's project presents several series of graphic stories that were born by themselves and lined up in fantastic comics with missing abstract logical chains of thought. The surreal world created by the artist is replete with phantasmagoric stories about mythical creatures, mysterious swimmers, armies of bear cubs, collisions between half-animals and half-humans and other unimaginable cases and meetings.

Created at a time of general confusion and displacement of all sorts of meanings, the project proposes to get rid of the comprehension of the contradictory reality and stop evaluating it so seriously - or not evaluating it at all. Each story is complemented by a text created by the artist specially for the exhibition: the series of exhibited graphic works are provided with callouts, as is traditionally expected from comics. The author deliberately avoids unnecessary textual explanations inherent in the new time, and invites the viewer to become an equal partner in extracting the meanings of the work.
