The restaurant received its name after the secretary Usoff who lived in the mansion 2 centuries ago. Some of the original interior details are still preserved. Also the halls of the restaurant are decorated with portraits of famous people with mustaches (“Usoff” is derivative of mustache). On the menu you can find traditional Russian dishes accompanied by unusual garnishes, for example mashed celery. During the lunch time on the weekdays it is also possible to order European salads, pasta or pizza.
