Tsunami

Tsunami is a new Asian bar, a place where colorful Asia intersects with northern St. Petersburg and hits guests with a powerful wave of colors and tastes.

In its menu, the Tsunami team focused on sushi nikkey, which have become a trend around the world. The idea of this dish is to take as a basis the classic recipes of the Land of the Rising Sun, but to go far beyond the limits of Japanese restraint. All sauces in Tsunami are made independently from natural, homemade ingredients.

The Union of designer cocktails from one of the best bartenders in St. Petersburg, Dmitry Kravets, and dishes from chef Vyacheslav Zapadinsky creates a combination of unusual flavors and shapes, a riot of colors and performances: for example, a cocktail in the glass “Fugu Fish” or “Sea Urchin”, Japanese motif sandwich or original sushi burger. The extensive bar list includes both signature eccentric cocktails and traditional Asian drinks.
