Jazz bar opened by a frontman of the group Billy's Band. The Hat respresents a classic jam-set-pool inspired by the example of similar palces in New York in 40s-50s. The design is simple. On the menu you can find american sandwitches, around 30 sorts of whisky and bartenders are happy to mix any cocktail upon request.
