The conceptual place from the famous restaurateur Arkady Novikov with his own workshop for the production of homemade cheeses and the author's cuisine in a rustic style. Here cheeses are prepared according to Italian technologies from local products.

On the menu  you will find mozzarella, burrata, ricotta, stracciatella, cachotta, halloumi and other homemade cheeses, as well as a variety of dishes with their participation. Baked vegetables are served with mozzarella, arugula and tomatoes - with stracciatella, and tiramisu is made from ricotta. Meat is grilled here, and bread and pizza are baked in an Italian wood-burning oven.

Cheese, bread, vegetables and Italian pasta can be bought at a local store.

The interiors of the Syrovarnya are decorated in the corporate style of Arkady Novikov’s restaurants: a loft with an open kitchen and upholstered furniture, designer lights and plenty of greenery. In the courtyard there is an open summer terrace with graffiti painted walls.
