Restaurant "Symposium" is located in a three-storey mansion of the XIX century in the heart of St. Petersburg. Guests can enjoy their rest not only in the refined interiors of the restaurant, but also in the landscaped courtyard, where in the summertime there is an open terrace.

A number of basic positions are prepared on charcoal, thanks to which dishes acquire a special brightness of taste and aroma. In addition to classic steaks, guests of the restaurant can enjoy marbled beef steak, rack of lamb, pork brisket on the bone and farm chicken with herbs and adjika. Another of the key positions is grilled sea bass, you can order both whole fish and fillet. In addition, there is a salmon steak, octopus tentacles and tiger prawns.
