Restaurant of modern Russian cuisine where both traditional approach and modern technologies are used in food preparation. Main goal of the team is to show the real Russian gastronomy nature. Even though there are some light positions on the menu most of the dishes are made for people with good appetite.

One of the features here is that local farm produce is used and some of the produce is delivered from the farm owned by the restaurant.

Owners of the restaurant get their inspiration from traditional Russian ingredients and then use them in some unusual combinations. For example, perch is served with black couscous and sauté spinach, boiled milk comes with blackcurrant and salted caramel.

Food is accompanied by traditional Russian drinks – homemade berry drinks, kvass, herbal tea. Bar card offers a variety of wine.
