Podpisnye izdaniya

One of the first bookstores in St. Petersburg. Since 1926 it is a family owned business and you can feel this special family atmosphere here compared to the chain stores. Now this place is the most popular among boho public and foreigners. Here you can find fictional and scientific literature, interesting souvenirs and foreign books.

There is as well a place to listen to vinyl records and a coffee place “Znakomtes’, Jo” where you can sit down and read a book. In addition, here you can still subscribe for such books as Great Russian Encyclopedia in 36 pieces and Soldjenizin collection.  “Podpisnye izdaniya” regularly organizes lectures, seminars and meetings with writers.
