Pizzeria 1/6 is the first independent project of Viktor Melkov, who worked for a long time at the Italy Group. The concept was born after a restaurateur’s trip to New York: the format of small cafes with huge pizza is popular there. In the street food format, guests are offered five types of pizza in whole or in pieces. In addition to pizza, the menu also has soup and meatballs. Breakfast is served from 8:30 a.m. every day.
