In Pio Nero, five types of base paste are molded: rigatoni, kazarechi, bigoli, fettuccine and spaghetti. Those are prepared according to classic Italian recipes: with tomato sauce, with vegetables, with seafood, with meat stew. The wine list includes 13 items, which are updated every month.
