Italian institution on the corner of Pioneer Street and Bolshoi Prospekt of Petrogradskaya side. The key dishes on the menu are Roman pizza and homemade pasta. The basis for pizza here is prepared using a special technology: the kneaded dough is left for 14 hours, then it is molded and allowed to mature for 6 hours. Then the cakes are baked in electric ovens, and then frozen. The result is a light and crispy pizza that can be quickly prepared. In Pio Nero, five types of base paste are molded: rigatoni, kazarechi, bigoli, fettuccine and spaghetti. Those are prepared according to classic Italian recipes: with tomato sauce, with vegetables, with seafood, with meat stew. The wine list includes 13 items, which are updated every month. Cocktail card is divided into two parts: the main one with classic mixes and twists and seasonal offers.
