The Philibert cuisine is European with a bright French accent. At first you can order Chime cream cheese soup or classic French onion soup. Meat lovers will appreciate pork De Pal with baked potatoes and raspberry sauce and tender duck breast with glazed beets and applesauce. Out of fish dishes, Wilma is interesting - white fish baked with spices in white wine.
The list of sweets is impressive and makes you want to try everything immediately: strawberry cheesecake, panna cotta, Napoleon cake, marbou, honey cake and the signature Philibert - a delicate apple pie with meringues. And if you want to appreciate the real French dessert, order a millefeuille with passion fruit cream and almond caramel twill.
In the mornings from 7:30 to 12:00 breakfasts are heldin Philibert, during lunch time on weekdays - business lunches. The interiors are decorated in romantic light colors.
