Park of culture and reading "Bukvoed" is situated in the historical building of Moscow merchant bank - the earliest modern building on Nevsky prospect.
Today it's the biggest book store in St. Petersburg and North-West - it's square is 3K sq.m. The store works in the format of book club: meetings with writers, lectures, seminars, workshops and other events are organized here. Contrary to other bookstores this one is open 24/7.
There is also a kids playground and cozy cafe inside of the store and a special radio "Bukvoed" plays in the back ground.
