Two-level restaurant from the Italian restaurant chain Bona Capona specializes in meat dishes prepared using the Ragged & Crispy technology: the meat is first languished for a very long time and then baked in a josper (Spanish closed oven combining a grill and barbecue).
At the same time, the assortment of dishes and the methods of their preparation are different and original. Meat and fish, seafood and vegetables are cooked in different ways: baked in josper, fried in a pan or deep-fried, and for gourmets - served raw.
As for drinks beer is dominating by drinks, there are more than 60 different varieties. Beer for each dish is carefully selected by beer sommelier using foodpairing method.
The interior of the restaurant resembles an exhibition of modern art. Calligraphy on the walls deserve special attention, the author of which is a young St. Petersburg artist Pokras Lampas.
