The project belongs to sommelier Vitaly Belov, behind whom is the launch of the author's Four Hands restaurant. The young chef Artem Perkhurov is in charge of the kitchen at Medusa. At the heart of the compact menu are the author's dishes with Asian accents. For example, salads are dressed with yoghurt wasabi, tataki and ramen are served, and pickled daikon is added to the risotto. The emphasis in the drinks is made on wine.
