Streetfood café with manta specialization recently opened in Apraksin Dvor from Sadovaya Street side. This is the second establishment in the Mantyshka network: the first operates on Narvskiy Prospect, 23.
Manty is a dumpling dish of Uigur cuisine. The institution serves hand-made manty, in the preparation of which traditional Uygur techniques are used, together with modern methods of molecular cuisine. The dish is distinguished not only by fragrant minced meat, but also by juicy, rich broth. You should eat manty with hands, so vinyl gloves are offered as well.
