Laboratory 31

The bar menu of "Laboratory 31" is decorated with a chemical bias. Behind the names “Lithium”, “Argon” or “Titan” there are author cocktails of different strengths. Bulky smoking beverages are served in flasks, for example, Dopamine, Oxytocin, Serotonin. Another part of the mixes got their names in honor of prominent scientists: Beketov, Nobel, Zelinsky.

Each section of the menu originally begins with the prefix "periodic food system" and is decorated in the same style. Dishes are mainly European and Russian, there is also a section with rolls.

Every day there are various promotions in the bar, both as usual, tied to a specific day of the week, and non-standard, for example, a cocktail as a gift for a chemistry textbook.
