Tropical bar with draft cocktails. The project was launched by Stanislav Bystrov and Sam Konyakhin – the owners of a secret bar “Cabinet” where you can get only upon prior agreement.
Entrance to Combucha bar is free. The main specialization here is on draft- cocktails or tap cocktails. Here’s how it works: the pre-made cocktails are attached to the carbonic acid cylinder and cooler and then distributed through beer tap.
The base for the menu is classic pan-asian dishes and Latin American recipes. But a Russian ingredient is added to each dish. For example, cranberry is added to Tom Yum, Asian dumplings are served with sour cream and horseradish and burgers is served with Russian style hush brown.
As per idea of the owners, the place should remind a cabinet of a traveler therefore there is simple furniture, plants and various exotic souvenirs.
