The story of “28” starts in 2007 when a publishing house “Komilfo” releasing colorful books and comics was opened. In 2010 an online store was created. Later it became brick and mortal store and now has 2 points in St. Petersburg. Beside brand products they also sell books, national and international comics and collection figures. Sometimes here you can find exclusive issues. All the products are handpicked by the staff.
